Values and Responsibility
The responsibility towards our society has a valuable tradition
at G.E.T and starts with the fair treatmentof our employees. In
our “Guidelines of corporate social responsibility”our management
and employeerepresentatives acknowledge human rights, equal
opportunities, fair working conditions and worldwide standards
in occupational health and safety.
These guidelines are oriented towards core labor standards of
International Labor Organization and also obligatory for all of our
suppliers. We are committed to common good, especially
equalizing opportunities through education.
We aim to develop products that spark our customers’
enthusiasm, improve quality oflife, and helpconserve resources.
Our “We are G.E.T” mission statement reflects this. It summarizes
our values, our strengths, and our strategic orientation.
At G.E.T, compliance is an integral part of the company’s values.
The aim of our globally applicable rules of business conduct is to
protect our associates and company as well as our customers
and partners.As our “We are G.E.T” mission statement says, “We promise only
what we can deliver, accept agreements as binding, and respect
and observe the law in all our business transactions.” To
underscore the importance of this principle, we have summed up
our position with regard to legal requirements and ethical issues in
a guideline for how to do business.
